You will read blueprints, prepare material lists, and ensure high standards of workmanship while maintaining strong communication with the Superintendent and PM. On-site leadership is required with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sheet metal with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years experience running crews.
• Journeyman status or the ability to obtain license.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sheet metal technicians to deliver quality and service to clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions including scheduling and material control.
• Provide daily job completion percentages and weekly reports to office.
• Coordinate with shop for production scheduling and deliveries; conduct inspections and ensure safety.
