Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to manage field crews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and a safety-first approach on all projects.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical construction projects and coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulations on site.
• Develop and implement detailed schedules and production plans with budgets and HASP in mind.
• Prepare daily and progress reports and maintain safety documentation.
• Review plans and drawings for compliance with contract documents and specs.
• Procure tools and materials required to meet the project schedule.
• Determine staffing levels and timing based on project needs and equipment availability.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to terms and quality standards.
