Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Settlement Quality Control Lead in the United States to strengthen settlement data accuracy and operational efficiency. You will create and monitor SOPs, dashboards, and automated workflows across reconciliation, billing, and dispute resolution.

You will collaborate with Product and R&D to standardize rate cards, bill structures, and settlement workflows, while identifying risks and driving cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, billing, or financial operations within logistics, e-commerce, technology, or related industries
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Familiarity with settlement process design, contract terms, billing rules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain settlement SOPs, reconciliation standards, and dispute resolution frameworks
• Build and monitor LSP reconciliation and payment dashboards and drive anomaly resolution
• Design and optimize end-to-end settlement processes based on business needs
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver system capabilities like rate card management and bill structure standardization
• Identify settlement risk exposures and establish monitoring and early-warning mechanisms
• Optimize billing and settlement strategies using data insights to improve quality and cost performance
