Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, billing, or financial operations within logistics, e-commerce, technology, or related industries.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Familiarity with settlement process design, contract terms, billing rules, reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain settlement terms, reconciliation SOPs, dispute frameworks, and related standards.
• Build and monitor LSP reconciliation and payment dashboards; benchmark across LSPs and drive improvements.
• Design end-to-end settlement processes based on business scenarios and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to deliver rate card management, bill structure standardization, and automated workflows.
• Identify settlement risk exposures and establish monitoring and early-warning mechanisms.
• Optimize billing and settlement strategies using data insights to improve quality and cost.
