This role emphasizes data, automation, and AI-enabled contracts to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility.

You will shape the contract lifecycle, build a robust data framework, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience scaling CLM and related technologies.
• Experience with contract data analytics and reporting.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI to contracting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations strategy and scalable, global processes.
• Drive end-to-end contracting lifecycle improvements and automation.
• Define CLM roadmap and optimize related technologies.
• Build data models and reporting for contract insights and AI use cases.
