Job summary

TikTok Shop Logistics is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager in Seattle to design and optimize North American logistics processes, coordinating with carriers, brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure reliable transportation and timely delivery. The role focuses on building scalable SOPs, SLAs, dashboards, and cost-to-serve analytics while driving continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations or related fields.
• Direct experience with transportation operations, linehaul, or logistics coordination in North America.
• Strong understanding of carrier operations, SLA design, and exception management.
• Ability to design operating processes from zero to one and translate needs into SOPs and provider routines.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret logistics data, cost drivers, and customer indicators.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics operating processes for reliable transport, warehousing handoffs, and delivery coordination in North America.
• Integrate multiple service providers to create cost-effective, timely, reliable logistics products for TikTok merchants.
• Establish SOPs, process maps, escalation paths, and dashboards for the logistics flow.
• Design, monitor, and refine SLAs across all stages of logistics and service recovery.
• Manage service providers including carriers, brokers, warehouse partners, and other logistics vendors; drive performance reviews and improvements.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure service quality at each stage of the logistics process.
• Continuously reduce operating cost while improving service quality and merchant experience.
• Monitor performance and cost-to-serve, identify bottlenecks, and drive end-to-end improvements.
• Collaborate with customs/trade compliance to align with regulatory requirements.
