Job summary

Trane in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Services Sales Leader to guide district sales for services and projects, developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration with building owner accounts. You will lead inside/outside sales processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will manage performance of Account Managers, coach teams, and drive profits, margins, and market penetration while aligning with Trane’s services and building automation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of related experience in a sales leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record (no major violations in the past 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for customer and area sales management, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction measurement, price management, marketing, and account penetration.
• Responsible for achieving annual objectives regarding profit, volume, margins, business mix, and share.
• Promote all Trane Systems Programs including In-Warranty-Service Agreements and Building Automation to Service when appropriate.
• Assemble high performance teams and interact with Account Managers with differing requirements.
