Job summary

You will assemble account teams, ensure policy compliance, support recruitment and diversity initiatives, and partner with Account Managers to meet ambitious growth targets across business streams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in commercial or industrial sales.
• Proven track record in leading a project to successful completion.
• Valid Driver License in-state for at least 12 months with no major violations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual and long-term development and delivery of financial results for the Sales Office.
• Lead customer and district sales management, new customer acquisition, pricing and marketing functions.
• Assemble account teams and collaborate with Account Managers to meet diverse business requirements.
• Ensure sales office compliance with company policies and operational integrity.
• Support human capital strategies including recruitment, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
