National Church Residences is seeking a Part-Time Service Coordinator for Divinity Landing in Macedonia, Ohio. The role supports seniors by coordinating programs, connecting residents with community resources, and ensuring access to essential services.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 2+ years of experience in elder services, with strong advocacy and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience delivering social services to elderly and/or family populations preferred.
• Working knowledge of supportive services and local community resources.
• Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and deliver measurable results for residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and coordinate programs and activities.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies and network with service providers.
• Identify low-cost providers and negotiate discounts.
• Engage residents to identify needs and refer to services.
