Job summary

Veracity Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements through deployment across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom apps.

You will be a hands-on technical owner, configuring and building solutions, while mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
• One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred.
• Comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support implementations across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices.
