Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITSM transformation programs, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will engage with stakeholders, guide a cross-functional team, and drive client relationships across engagements.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, architecture design, and promoting AI-enabled ITSM capabilities to improve service outcomes. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2-4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery as a workstream lead, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources (including offshore).
• Drive client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design to meet business objectives.
