Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Technology Analyst/ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ServiceNow Transformation and ITSM delivery with client-facing responsibility. You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, gathering requirements and delivering architecture outcomes.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, drive agile and waterfall delivery, and expand client relationships while leveraging AI capabilities in ServiceNow to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Act as workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance for ServiceNow ITSM processes and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.
• Lead client workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
