ClifyX seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solutioning, client engagement, and pursuit leadership across the US market. Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Architect / consultant.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform assessment and best practice recommendations.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow platform security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
• Expertise ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, Orchestration, PM and multi-instance mergers.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM and CMDB.
• Strong ITSM/ITOM/HRSD design and transformation for large customers.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge with the team.
• Design technical solutions and convert requirements to functional specs.
• Review requirements for detail for accurate estimation.
• Deep ITIL knowledge and correlating with customer requirements.
• Must be certified with ServiceNow S administrator, Implementation Specialist (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD) and ITIL v3 foundation.
• Nice to have ServiceNow CTA.
• Experience in HAM & SAM Pro features and functions.
• Good communication and client handling.
• Hands-on JavaScript experience.
• Hands-on design, development and deployment on ServiceNow.
• Experience with Greenfield, Replatform, Consolidation and Migration.
• Provide technical direction from definition through implementation.
• Review work and enforce best practices.
• Create and execute development plans as needed.
• Enforce coding standards.
• Deep understanding of App UI Configuration and Custom apps.
• Coaching and mentoring for career development.
