Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with client objectives. You will lead architecture discussions, guide teams across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM, and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance, and provide end-user training to maximize tool value and reliability. This role requires strong communication and leadership in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM and ERP integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
• Oversee onshore/offshore development teams for module implementations.
• Configure workflows, forms, and UIs to meet business needs.
