Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor seeks a senior Technical Solution Architect for ServiceNow to act as the senior technical authority for the platform, owning architecture, standards, and governance. You will partner with stakeholders to design and guide implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM, while mentoring delivery teams.

You will define end‑to‑end architecture, drive platform roadmap, establish reuse patterns, and ensure secure, scalable, and upgradeable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, including 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow design, configuration, and implementation experience across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain the platform roadmap, instance strategy, and technical standards.
• Create technical blueprints and reference architectures aligned with CSDM and best practices.
• Lead architectural decision-making and design reviews for secure, upgradeable solutions.
• Govern integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and ETL.
• Provide architectural oversight for AI-enabled capabilities and platform releases.
• Establish platform governance, including coding standards and performance engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and contribute to Statements of Work.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and partners during delivery lifecycle.
• Configure and prototype ServiceNow modules to validate designs and accelerate delivery.
• Own CMDB health and data governance across the platform.
• Lead validation, testing, and deployment activities; ensure knowledge transfer.
