Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 12+ years in solution architecture and 5+ years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The candidate will lead complex implementations, drive CMDB health initiatives, and guide architectural standards.

A strong consulting mindset and ability to partner with customers across teams are essential. The role emphasizes upgrading and simplifying customizations, aligning with best practices, and delivering platform-wide solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
• At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
• Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives focusing on completeness, correctness & compliance.
• Experience with upgrades and simplifying customizations to enable rapid upgrades to new features.
• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform and architecture model.
• Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
• Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with the customer.
• Assess health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security).
• Create detailed strategy aligned with the client’s short- and long-term needs.
• Work closely with the Customer platform team to develop a ServiceNow roadmap in line with business objectives and industry trends.
