Leidos is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the GSM-O II contract at DISA. On-site at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB with a Secret clearance required at start.

You will facilitate agile teams within a SAFe framework, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement across teams and ARTs. You will partner with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to ensure PI commitments are met, coach teams on Scrum, and mentor junior Scrum Masters while promoting effective communication

Qualifications

• Requires US citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience as a Scrum Master on software development or technical teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP or equivalent.
• Familiarity with SAFe, PI planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and related toolchains.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate one large agile team or several smaller teams within an ART.
• Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineer/PM.
• Assist teams in ongoing communication and collaboration.
• Enforce Scrum processes and Definition of Done.
• Coordinate with other teams on the ART and report status to management.
• Work with Product Owners to prioritize features and develop User Stories.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, PI planning.
• Coach teams on agile/scrum principles and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote cross-training.
