Job summary

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions Llc is seeking a seasoned Agile Scrum Master to enable two-week sprints within a DoD program. You will facilitate ceremonies, coordinate with AF-PLM CSO leadership, and maintain alignment between government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications include a DoD security clearance, 5+ years leading Agile teams, and strong Jira/Confluence skills. The role emphasizes SAFe/LeSS practices and DoD DevSecOps integration, with a focus on delivery speed

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret or higher clearance.
5+ years leading Agile teams delivering enterprise IT software.
Experience coordinating sprint cadences, release gates, and DoD/ Federal DevSecOps programs.
Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SAFe/LeSS frameworks.

Responsibilities

Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies across multiple Agile teams on two-week sprints.
Lead Release Planning / PI Planning workshops with government stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through Release Retrospectives and metric analysis.
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Enforce Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria, ensuring security and testing acceptance.
