Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master for the GSM-O II contract, supporting DISA. The role requires facilitating agile teams, SAFe ceremonies, and collaboration across teams to deliver program increments. On-site at Fort Meade or other locations with a Secret clearance, you will mentor junior Scrum Masters and drive continuous improvement throughout the Agile Release Train. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Experience as Scrum Master on software/technical teams.
• CSM/SSM or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience using agile project management tools (e.g. Jira).

Mansioni

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect teams from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with RTE/PM for solutions.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, planning, demos, retrospectives, PI planning.
• Develop User Stories with Product Owners to meet acceptance criteria.
• Coach teams on Scrum and agile practices for continuous improvement.
