Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid/Senior-level Scrum Master for our Intel Sector—Cyber & Analytics (CABA) to lead agile teams delivering large-scale software and hardware integrations. You will coach teams in Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban within a SAFe framework and remove impediments to maximize PI progress.

The role emphasizes DevOps, BDD, test automation, and collaboration across Product Owner, System Engineers, and other teams to ensure on-time value delivery for a complex mission-critical program.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
4+ years as Scrum Master on software/technical teams.
CSM/SSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience with agile PM tools (Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM RTC).
Experience on large technical programs in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
Protect teams from scope creep during PI execution.
Remove impediments and coordinate with the Release Train Engineers.
Coach teams in Scrum, Scrumban, or Kanban.
Lead SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Demos.
Develop User Stories with Product Owners to meet acceptance criteria.
Maintain and share team metrics and drive improvements.
