Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks a Jr. Scrum Master to support Agile software teams on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) ACSS contract. You will help plan and execute sprints and Kanban, facilitate ceremonies, and track progress in a regulated environment.

Working with the Agile Coach, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams, you will promote continuous improvement and support SAFe 6 adoption, DevSecOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification is required.
• Experience with DevSecOps concepts and cloud environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning, plus Kanban flow.
• Track progress, dependencies, and impediments to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate development, testing, and delivery activities across teams.
• Participate in PI Planning and help prepare objectives and commitments.
• Collaborate with Agile Coach, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities.
