Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Scrum Master to support the GSM-O II contract for DISA, with on-site work at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and experience leading agile teams within SAFe. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with PI objectives.

The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, mentoring, and continuous improvement in a complex defense software/hardware environment. On-site commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a US Citizenship.
• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience as Scrum Master on software or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineer or PM.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, PI planning.
• Develop User Stories to meet feature acceptance criteria.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote agile maturity.
