Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the GSM-O II contract at DISA. The role involves facilitating large-scale Agile Release Train delivery, educating teams in Scrum/Kanban, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

On-site required at Fort Meade, Scott AFB, or Hill AFB with a Secret clearance to start. Responsibilities include leading SAFe ceremonies, coordinating with Product Owners, and mentoring junior Scrum Masters while supporting cross-team

Qualifications

Requires U.S. Citizenship.
Active DoD Secret clearance required at start.
Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience (or master’s with 6–10 years).
Experience as a Scrum Master on software/technical teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
Protect teams from scope creep during PI execution.
Remove impediments and coordinate with RTE/PM for solutions.
Lead SAFe ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, PI planning.
Develop User Stories with Product Owner to meet acceptance criteria.
Coach teams on agile and scrum principles for continuous improvement.
