Job summary

KANINI is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Presales & AI Solution Consultant to lead enterprise presales and AI-powered transformation across the United States. You will partner with CIOs/CTOs, sales teams, and ServiceNow stakeholders to shape differentiated solutions, design architectures, run executive workshops, deliver demos, and drive deals from discovery through close.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience
• 7+ years ServiceNow
• 5+ years presales/solutioning
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow presales for enterprise opportunities
• Translate business challenges into platform-wide ServiceNow solutions
• Build architectures, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFI responses, estimates
• Deliver executive-level workshops and solution presentations
• Demonstrate ServiceNow, Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI-powered workflows
• Architect AI + ServiceNow solutions (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent patterns)
• Partner with sales, alliances, and delivery to shape winning deals
