AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant focused on AI and agentic capabilities. You will architect, design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, guiding a collaborative team to deliver value across ITSM, ITOM, and more.

You will drive pre-sales, governance, and ROI discussions, maintain certifications, and travel up to 15% to lead complex client programs and ensure successful AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on ServiceNow with demonstrated AI/agentic capabilities.
• Expert in at least two ServiceNow process areas with applied AI/automation experience.
• Expert-level development on ServiceNow, including scripting for AI Agent configuration, skill building, and workflow orchestration.
• Recognized expertise in AI/agentic solution design within the organization.
• Deep expertise across GenAI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks.
• Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches and model/tooling selection.
• Strong skills integrating ServiceNow AI with third-party tools, LLMs, and data platforms.
• Strong presentation skills for AI value and ROI to technical and executive audiences.
• Strong project and situational awareness; detail oriented.
• Able to travel up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams to deploy AI and agentic solutions on ServiceNow (Now Assist, AI Agents, AI ControlTower and AI Agent Orchestration).
• Lead complex programs delivering AI-enabled ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and ITAM capabilities.
• Oversee architecture and design of AI/agentic solutions, including prompt design and workflow orchestration.
• Create written deliverables such as AI adoption roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Lead client demos and workshops showcasing GenAI and agentic capabilities.
• Lead integration design sessions connecting ServiceNow AI with third-party LLMs, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Coordinate pre-sales cycles as AI/agentic technical expert and scoping AI use cases.
• Provide thought leadership on AI adoption, governance, and ROI within ServiceNow.
