Job summary

89 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead enterprise AI implementations and API-based integrations with ServiceNow and major SaaS platforms. You will guide architecture, design API patterns, and oversee delivery from discovery through deployment in a customer-facing role.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in solution architecture or consulting, 3+ years with ServiceNow, and a track record of leading multi-system enterprise projects in a structured SDLC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Implementation Consultant, Technical Architect, or Senior Software Developer, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience, including platform development, implementation, solution architecture, or enterprise integrations.
• Proven experience delivering API-based integrations across at least three enterprise projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, or coordinating implementation teams.
• Experience designing and implementing multi-system enterprise solutions.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience, including leading discovery workshops and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Experience working within structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI-driven solutions that integrate ServiceNow with multiple enterprise applications.
• Define API interaction patterns, authentication flows, data mappings, and integration architectures.
• Design conversational experiences, AI agents, user journeys, and workflow automations to deliver intuitive end-user experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end solution design, from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Create and present architecture diagrams, solution proposals, prototypes, and technical recommendations to enterprise stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
• Develop hands-on expertise in the Moveworks platform through technical training and enterprise implementation projects.
