Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple ServiceNow projects in a hybrid Chicago environment. You will manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating across business, technology, and functional teams.

The role includes migrating existing workflows to ServiceNow and driving a technology compliance initiative. A minimum of 5+ years in project management and ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably leading technology or enterprise platform initiatives.
• ServiceNow experience strongly preferred, with ability to navigate the platform quickly.
• Experience with workflow migrations or enterprise system implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple ServiceNow-related projects.
• Manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and functional teams to drive projects to completion.
• Support migration of existing business-services workflows from BigHand to ServiceNow as part of expansion.
• Lead a technology compliance workflow improvement initiative within ServiceNow.
• Identify opportunities to align migration and compliance projects on the shared ServiceNow platform.
• Proactively identify issues, remove roadblocks, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities.
