Job summary

Infinity Outsourcing is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow projects remotely in the United States. You will develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance structures while coordinating stakeholders and teams across IT and business units.

The role requires 5+ years of project management experience, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and expertise with ServiceNow. You will mentor other PMs, manage risks and changes, and ensure delivery quality and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Information Systems degree or related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading technical projects.
• 5+ years of experience data gathering / performing system analysis and developing / writing system requirements.
• Proficiency with developing requirements and performing system analysis.
• Proficiency with IT infrastructure deployments including network and voice legacy system migrations.
• Familiar with process engineering methodologies.
• Experience with Service Now.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise and leadership to direct project team and ensure project goals are supported by IT.
• Creates and executes project plans and revises appropriately to meet changing requirements.
• Proactively plans and schedules project timelines and milestones.
• Manages day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a project.
• Generates status reports and defines project success criteria.
• Collaborates with IT and Business stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk.
• Ensures project documents are current and complete; manages and stores documents.
• Performs project post-mortems and creates lessons learned reports.
