Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and configuration.
• 8+ years of experience leading project teams and managing complex IT projects.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with clients; create detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Implement Agile and Scrum practices to improve project efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate change management processes for smooth transition and adoption.

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote direct hire position.

SALARY: $140,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience).
