Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple ServiceNow projects in a hybrid Chicago environment. You will manage timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications while coordinating across business, technology, and functional teams.

The role includes migrating existing workflows to ServiceNow and driving a technology compliance initiative. A minimum of 5+ years in project management and ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably leading technology or enterprise platform initiatives.
• ServiceNow experience strongly preferred, with ability to navigate the platform quickly.
• Experience with workflow migrations or enterprise system implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify issues, remove roadblocks, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably leading technology, business-process, workflow, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• ServiceNow experience strongly preferred, with the ability to quickly navigate the platform and support ServiceNow-based projects.
• Experience with workflow migrations, process improvement, or enterprise system implementations is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Local to the Chicago area with the ability to work onsite with the team as needed
