Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Technical Implementation Lead to support NSWCDD's Enterprise Application Development Team in Dahlgren, VA. You will manage DEV/QA/PROD environments, upgrades, and platform governance to ensure reliability and security.

You will lead integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and SSO/SAML/OAuth, mentor teams, and drive DoD-compliant implementations. DoD 8140/8570 IAT II and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience administering, engineering, or architecting ServiceNow enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, instance cloning, configuration management, and production operations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM.
• Experience developing or supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and SSO technologies.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow security administration, ACLs, roles, and governance.
• Ability to obtain DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DEV/QA/PROD environments with focus on availability, security, and performance.
• Manage platform configurations, ACLs, roles, and security settings.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Lead technical implementations and new module deployments.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, SSO/SAML/OAuth.
