Job summary

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to build and maintain platform capability for government program. The role covers configuration, app development, integrations with enterprise systems, mobile capability, and performance troubleshooting.

Work is delivered against backlog with rigorous testing, readiness review, and formal acceptance before production. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, integrations, and mobile solutions, plus producing

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree required.
Five or more years of relevant experience.
ITIL certification required.
ServiceNow certification or equivalent platform expertise.
ServiceNow integration training or certification.
ServiceNow mobile development training or certification.
Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Federal or Legislative Branch development in change-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical knowledge managing, configuring, developing, and implementing the ServiceNow platform.
Translate requirements into functional service requests and workflows in ServiceNow.
Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and capabilities.
Deliver against approved acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
Design integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs and IntegrationHub.
Develop mobile capabilities and mobile user experiences within ServiceNow.
Identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot performance issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
