Accelera Solutions in Chantilly, VA is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator for on-site work to support a DoD customer. The role focuses on enterprise ITSM, service desk, and endpoint management with agile practices.

You will manage self-hosted ServiceNow instances, maintain documentation, participate in Agile Scrum, and coordinate with developers, testers, and production support engineers. A DoD secret clearance and 12+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years' relevant experience.
• Active DoD secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Admin or ServiceNow Developer (8570/8140 compliance).

Responsabilités

• Serve as ServiceNow Platform Administrator within a large enterprise.
• Create and maintain internal technical documentation and processes for ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Developers, PMs, Testers, and Production Support to implement solutions.
• Manage self-hosted ServiceNow instances and patch/upgrade cycles.
• Provide on-site support five days a week in Chantilly, VA.
