Job summary

GCA seeks a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to lead development, implementation, and support teams from a base at Langley AFB, VA. You will drive technical excellence and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions across a global organization.

The role requires hands-on platform expertise, strong people management, and a focus on CMDB, analytics, and governance. TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 IAT II certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core ServiceNow modules and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• CMDB data quality and CI relationships; data governance.
• Performance Analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence for stakeholders.
• CSM, SIR, App Engine, and platform capabilities.
• JS/Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Workflow.
• REST/SOAP integrations; HTML/CSS/UI customization.
• Secure SDLC practices for ServiceNow deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across modules.
• Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom application development.
• Oversee CMDB strategy, data governance, and accuracy initiatives to ensure reliable IT asset visibility.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks.
• Review and approve technical designs, workflows, and customizations; stay current with platform updates.
• Lead the roadmap planning and analytics framework for the ServiceNow team.
