Accenture is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead complex platform implementations for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and partner with ServiceNow account teams to deliver transformation programs and governance across multi-project initiatives.

You will advise stakeholders, shape IT strategy, and ensure adherence to standards while leveraging Accenture’s training resources to stay at the forefront of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with ServiceNow in development and architecture roles.
• 8+ years driving IT transformation and strategy planning, ideally in a tech consulting setting.
• 4+ years leading ServiceNow Developer teams as techn. manager and mentor.
• 4+ years enforcing standards (code reviews, architectural reviews).
• 6+ years' experience with JavaScript/SQL.
• 6+ years' experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, Wagile).
• 3+ ServiceNow certifications (System Admin, Application Developer, ITSM preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work exp (12+ years; associate degree requires 6 years).

• Lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in technical management and mentorship.
• Maintain process discipline and prefer structured approaches.
• Seek help from peers and SMEs when needed.
