You will drive integration across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB, while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing optimization.

The role requires extensive experience in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance, with a strong ITIL background.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformations.
• Experience managing global teams and vendor engagements.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the ServiceNow platform roadmap, release management, backlog prioritization, and platform lifecycle.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and architecture principles.
• Lead platform modernization initiatives and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define operational metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.
