Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT/service management with at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, strong ITIL understanding, and hands-on CMDB/API experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM or digital transformation with 3+ years as ServiceNow Platform Administrator.
• Strong ITIL understanding and ServiceNow delivery standards.
• Experience with CMDB, integrations, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Incident, Problem, and Change Management within ServiceNow.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and access control; ensure platform security.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide platform insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive improvements.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow usage and mentor team members.
