Qualifications
- Five years of experience in information systems, including systems analysis, design, and IT project management.
- Experience configuring and developing ServiceNow environments and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead technical authority for ServiceNow, providing architecture, design, and deployment oversight.
- Lead design, development, and implementation of ITSM modules, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Architect scalable platform solutions and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable integrations and capabilities.
- Oversee platform lifecycle: upgrades, performance, monitoring, release management, and documentation.
