Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to own the ServiceNow platform and adjacent enterprise applications such as Smartsheet and SharePoint. This hands-on leader will drive platform strategy, configurations, upgrades, and mentor junior staff in a hybrid or remote Los Angeles area role.

You will collaborate with executives, design ITSM processes, and lead integrations with M365/IAM. The team emphasizes governance, SOX controls, and scalable solutions while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• 9+ years administering/serviceNow configuration experience.
• ServiceNow CSA required; CIS certifications preferred.
• Experience as a systems analyst on another platform (SharePoint/Smartsheet/Power Platform/Salesforce).
• Strong ITIL knowledge and hands-on process design experience.
• Experience in governance/compliance environments (SOX, ITGC, audit controls).
• Ability to work independently with executives and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration, administration, and improvement of ServiceNow (ITSM) plus modules.
• Lead design and governance of core ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Manage platform upgrades, release testing, and vendor engagements.
• Build advanced reporting, dashboards, and SLA/KPI metrics for IT leadership.
• Serve as systems analyst for additional platforms (Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (M365, IAM, HRIS).
• Ensure platforms meet audit, compliance, and ITGC/SOX controls.
• Evaluate new tools and platform capabilities and make adoption recommendations.
• Own documentation standards and end-user training materials.
