Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization in Stamford, CT. You will manage ServiceNow client implementations, lead workshops on ITSM/ITOM/IRM, and guide teams through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

You will engage with stakeholders to align roadmaps with organizational strategy and contribute to business development, mentoring, and continuous improvement while upholding KPMG’s standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, with substantial ServiceNow focus (ITSM/ITOM/IRM).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience (minimum five years).
• Two full implementations of ServiceNow with current CSA certification; preference for CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Risk & Compliance, or CIS Third-party Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow client implementations across planning, design, development, testing, and post-engagement support.
• Lead client workshops presenting ITSM/ITOM/IRM best practices and translate needs into requirements.
• Guide and mentor teams and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based workstreams.
• Support business development activities including proposals and cross-line collaboration.
• Manage engagements per KPMG financial/cost policies.
