Job summary

I2X Technologies is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer to support a federal customer across Scott AFB, IL, Hill AFB, UT, or Fort Meade, MD. This on-site role requires an active Secret clearance and hands-on ServiceNow development experience to implement ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and workforce management modules.

You will create workflows, dashboards, and integrations, collaborate with the team, and participate in Agile Scrum projects to improve service delivery and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with 4–8 years of professional experience; or 2–6 years with a related Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support standup, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, Workforce Management).
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles.
• Create and configure dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
• Coordinate and support ServiceNow upgrades and integrations (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
• Design, build and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations; work in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for configuration, implementation and support.
