Job summary

Gointellects Inc. seeks a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a long-term government contract in Washington, DC. The role is onsite and focuses on developing, administering, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules for district-wide processes.

You will configure forms, workflows, and catalogs, implement integrations via REST/SOAP, and work with non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions aligned with ITIL practices and district priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Ownership or co-ownership of a ServiceNow instance.
• Strong knowledge of forms, lists, tables, and dictionary configuration; RBs, UI Policies & UI Actions.
• REST/SOAP API integrations; ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for the ServiceNow instance, supporting day-to-day operations.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, forms, lists, workflows, notifications and reporting.
• Support development across ITSM, HRSD, S2P, and other modules.
• Design and maintain Service Catalog items and end-to-end workflows using Flow Designer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with client for development, changes and support.
• Ensure configurations follow best practices and upgrade readiness.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and document technical guidance.
• Partner with IT teams, vendors, and ServiceNow partners.
