Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM transformations for clients and internal teams.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore.
• Design and deliver system architecture solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and map to technology solutions.
• Ensure project delivery on scope, time, and budget through effective planning and governance.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps and client relationship building.
