Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst/ServiceNow Senior Consultant to lead ITSM transformation for clients, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will coordinate with business stakeholders to define requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver architecture and implementation across global client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ITSM Implementations Specialist.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Act as workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITSM project and solution delivery.
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources.
Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ITSM process implementations.
Advise on CMDB/ITOM connectivity to ITSM processes.
Translate ServiceNow AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Lead client sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders.
Support waterfall and agile delivery activities (planning, status, budgets, risks).
Create high quality deliverables and project artifacts.
