Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams and drive client outcomes across ITSM projects. You will interact with business stakeholders to capture requirements and design architecture, ensuring solutions meet strategic goals.

You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with offshore resources, and apply both Agile and waterfall methods to deliver high-quality results. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (3-5 resources) including offshore resources.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and client sessions to gather business needs.
