EY is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead transformation teams, drive design, configuration, testing and deployment of ITSM solutions, and grow client relationships. You will gather requirements, interact with stakeholders, and deliver architecture solutions that bridge business needs with technology.

You’ll work across waterfall and agile delivery models, mentor teams, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 1 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA/CAD or Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM projects.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources including offshore resources.
• Advise on ServiceNow ITSM process implementations and translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
