Hadiamondstar Software Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our IT transformation team in Washington, DC. You will design, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform in a large enterprise environment, focusing on ITSM processes and a robust CMDB.

You will work across Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Now Assist modules, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and clear documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with customization, administration, and configuration of ServiceNow.
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Plan resource requirements from high level specifications.
• Develop and customize core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Portal, Service Catalog).
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and adapt methods for complex solutions.
