Job summary

SmallArc Inc in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment. The role focuses on enterprise-scale ITSM development, integrations, and catalog design, with a hybrid work model in the Washington, DC area.

You will collaborate with ITSM teams and stakeholders, implement CMDB and CSDM standards, and ensure data security and platform scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in IT/ServiceNow development or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with integrations and scripting (API, LDAP, SSO).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, configure and release new ServiceNow modules, workflows and catalog items.
• Design and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow ITSM platform for internal users.
• Provide configuration and customization including flows, data imports, integration, and scripting.
• Create integrations and process automation using API and data integration between ServiceNow and other services.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog Items and Knowledge Bases.
• Collaborate with ITSM team and stakeholders; architect integrations and plan for growth.
• Maintain security of the application and CMDB accuracy.
