Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own hands‑on technical delivery of CMDB Stabilization & Governance (lead workstream).
• Lead SAM Pro deployment, with phased implementation and governance.
• Assess and optimize ITSM Incident/Problem/Change workflows.
• Build platform governance and health dashboards; establish OKR framework.
• Mentor other developers and enforce best practices.
