Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Senior Developer to lead the CMDB stabilization and governance initiative for a federal client. The role covers four workstreams: CMDB governance, SAM Pro re-deployment, ITSM automation, and platform governance.

You will own remediation, service model rebuilds, and data integrity across CMDB and HAM/SAM sources. The ideal candidate will have deep ITOM/ITAM expertise, successful end-to-end CMDB remediation, and experience in a Dev/Test federal

Qualifications

6+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
3+ years ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM).
Proven CMDB remediation end-to-end with data-quality baselines.

Responsibilities

Lead CMDB Stabilization & Governance (lead workstream) with remediations and model rebuilds.
Redeploy SAM Pro (ITAM) with governance and data normalization.
Advance ITSM automation, incident/problem/change integration and dashboards.
Establish platform governance, standards, and quarterly OKR reporting.
Mentor developers, conduct code/design reviews, and support upgrades.
